Housing department contains(54) variety units; including 1345 fully-furnished, fully equipped units for bachelors and families as well as it also has (8) V.I.P villas as follows:
 -   Total (29) multiple floors(3) bedroom units for families.
 -   Total(8) multiple floors for male Bachelors.
 -   Total (15) multiple floors for female bachelors
 -   Total (8) V.I.P villas.

The recreation center provides a variety of sporting activities to all KFMMC staff and includes: Conference auditorium, weights room, two tennis courts, three swimming pools, six lane bowling alley, a restaurant,travel agency and post office.

The main kitchen provides three meals a day(breakfast, lunch and dinner) for the patients complex staff and visitors
